**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a proactive and energetic Field Marketing Assistant to support our marketing efforts in executing on-the-ground activities and engaging directly with our target audience. The Field Marketing Assistant will play a crucial role in driving brand awareness, generating leads, and fostering customer relationships through face-to-face interactions and event management. This position requires flexibility, creativity, and strong interpersonal skills to effectively represent our brand in various settings.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute field marketing initiatives such as sampling programs, and experiential events to drive brand awareness and generate leads.
- Engage with consumers at events and locations to educate them about our products/services, answer questions, and gather feedback.
- Build and maintain relationships with event organizers, venue staff, and local partners to maximize opportunities for brand exposure and collaboration.
- Capture leads and customer data using CRM tools or manual methods, and provide timely follow-up to nurture leads and drive conversions.
- Collect and report on key metrics and feedback from field marketing activities to assess effectiveness and inform future strategies.
- Assist in coordinating and executing community outreach programs, sponsorships, and local partnerships to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment of field marketing initiatives with overall marketing objectives and messaging.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and local market insights to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Social work or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in field marketing, event management, or promotional activities is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and connect with diverse audiences.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities to coordinate multiple events and activities simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team environment.\
- Enthusiasm for meeting new people, building relationships, and representing the brand in a positive and professional manner.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
