- Control of non-conforming Operations
- Process control
- Compliance of Corrective action system
- Control of records pertaining to planning department
- Compliance for IATF Requirements for audit.
- Keep all records related to production.
- To ensure back up plan for production in case of breakdowns/material/manpower availability with consulting management.
- To arrange training of employees as per work instructions.
- To follow all instructions from Plant Manager/Director as and when required
- To control on workforce and section heads for ensuring that planning goals are achieved.
- Ensuring to sort out any employee related issues with consulting with PM / Director.
- Any additional responsibility can be added for improvement in production process and improvement of product quality.
