
Sales Representative

**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and analysis to understand the unique requirements and pain points of prospective clients. Tailor SAAS solutions to address these needs effectively.
- Articulate the features, benefits, and value propositions of the SAAS products offered by the company. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to demonstrate how the software can solve client challenges and deliver tangible benefits
- Take a consultative approach to sales by actively listening to client concerns, asking probing questions, and offering customized solutions that align with client goals and objectives. Provide expert advice and guidance throughout the sales process.
- Lead negotiations with clients to finalize terms of the sale, including pricing, contract terms, and service level agreements. Close deals and achieve sales targets within specified timeframes.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty. Provide ongoing support and assistance to ensure client satisfaction and maximize retention rates. Serve as a trusted advisor and advocate for clients within the company.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to ensure alignment in sales efforts and deliver seamless customer experiences. Provide feedback from clients to inform product enhancements and improvements.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven track record of success in SAAS sales or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of SAAS products, services, and solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Consultative selling skills with the ability to identify and address client needs effectively.
- Solid negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
