**Personal Assistant Duties**:

- Provide high-level administrative support to the senior management team.
- Manage and prioritize daily tasks, meetings, and appointments.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Coordinate communication between departments and external stakeholders.
- Organize travel, events, and meetings for senior leadership.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.

**Business Development Duties**:

- Identify new business opportunities within the construction and interior design sector.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase the company’s market presence.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, contractors, and industry partners.
- Conduct market research to understand trends and client needs.
- Assist in preparing proposals, bids, and presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure that business agreements are executed to satisfaction.
- Work closely with the project management and sales teams to meet organizational goals.

**HR Functions**:

- Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes for new employees.
- Support HR functions, including performance management, employee relations, and training.
- Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR-related queries.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
- Coordinate employee development programs and staff welfare activities.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Business Development Manager, or similar role in the construction or interior design industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other business management tools.
- A proactive approach with the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
