**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
- Identify and qualify leads based on predetermined criteria.
- Explain product or service details, answer questions, and address customer concerns.
- Schedule appointments or meetings for sales representatives if required.
- Conduct surveys or gather feedback from customers to improve products or services.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and sales conversion.
- Follow up with potential customers who showed interest but did not make a purchase.
- Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate follow-up efforts and provide support.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.

**Requirements**:

- Fresher / Proven experience as a tele caller or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Persuasive and able to handle objections effectively.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional education or training in sales or communication is a plus).

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
