**Position Overview**: As a Telecaller, your primary responsibility will be to handle incoming and outgoing calls to prospective students, parents, and other relevant individuals. You will be responsible for providing information about our coaching centre's courses, addressing inquiries, and assisting with the enrollment process. Your objective is to effectively communicate the value of our coaching centre's offerings and persuade potential students to join the programs.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally, addressing inquiries about the coaching centre's courses, curriculum, fees, and admission process.

Provide accurate and up-to-date information about the coaching centre's programs, course content, schedules, and any other relevant details.

Understand the needs and requirements of potential students and suggest appropriate coaching programs that align with their goals.

Conduct outbound calls to follow up with prospective students who have shown interest or have made inquiries.

Explain the benefits and advantages of enrolling in the coaching centre's programs, emphasizing the quality of education, experienced faculty, success rates, and career prospects.

Maintain a strong knowledge of the coaching centre's courses, entrance exams, and educational trends to answer queries effectively and address concerns.

Record and maintain accurate and detailed records of all calls, inquiries, and interactions with prospective students.

Assist in organizing and conducting telephonic counseling sessions or webinars to engage with prospective students and provide guidance on course selection.

Collaborate with other team members to achieve enrollment targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Address and resolve any concerns or issues raised by prospective students or their parents, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Continuously strive to meet or exceed individual and team targets for student enrollment and conversion rates.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
High school diploma or equivalent qualification. A bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.

Prior experience in telecalling, telemarketing, customer service, or a similar role is desirable.

Excellent verbal communication skills with a polite and professional telephone manner.

Strong persuasive and negotiation skills to convince potential students about the benefits of enrolling in the coaching centre's programs.

Good listening skills to understand the requirements and concerns of prospective students and provide appropriate guidance.

Self-motivated and target-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple calls, inquiries, and administrative tasks efficiently.

Positive attitude, patience, and empathy to deal with prospective students and their parents effectively.

Knowledge of the education sector, entrance exams, and competitive exams will be an added advantage.
