**Job Description: Telesales Executive**

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated Telesales Executive to join our team. The role involves reaching out to potential customers, promoting our unlisted shares offerings, and achieving sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads and close sales.
- Explain the benefits and features of unlisted shares to clients.
- Maintain a database of calls and follow-ups to track customer engagement.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Provide prompt and accurate information to clients about products and services.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales or similar roles.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Basic understanding of financial markets is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
