Qualification
- Any Graduate/ Post Graduate

**Job Description-**
- Organizing and managing schedules and calendars for staff.
- Assisting human resources department personnel databases
- Ensure functionality of necessary office equipment, and requisitioning new equipment and supplies as needed
- Offer assistance in organizing events, including ordering materials and requisitioning meeting space
- Oversees and administers the day-to-day activities of the office
- Serves as the primary point of administrative contact and liaison with other offices, individuals
- Organizes and facilitates meetings, conferences, and other special events

**Skills and Abilities Required**
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
- Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports.
- Records maintenance skills.
- Word processing and/or data entry skills.
- Knowledge of office management principles and procedures
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
