Qualifications and Requirements:

Educational Background:

- A Master’s degree in Business Administration, PGDM, CA, ICWA, M.Com., or related fields with First Class or equivalent.
- A Ph.D. in the relevant field is mandatory

Experience:

- At least 3 years of professional PG teaching experience is required

Skills & Competencies:

- Strong subject-matter expertise and research background.
- Proven ability to teach, mentor, and engage students effectively.
- A demonstrated track record in research and publications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to contribute to the academic and strategic growth of the department.
