**Role Overview -**

We are hiring Corporate Relationship Associates who will be responsible for managing day-to-day relationships with bank branches on behalf of a leading life insurance brand. Your job is to build rapport with bank staff, resolve their operational queries, and act as a trusted point of contact to ensure a smooth coordination between the insurer and banking partners.

Position: Corporate Relationship Associate (CRA)
Location: Navi Mumbai
Experience: 0-2 Years

**Salary**: Up to ₹22,000 In-Hand
Employment Type: Full-Time

**Key Responsibilities**
- Connect regularly with assigned bank branches to support their insurance operations
- Build trusted relationships with branch managers and key staff
- Resolve queries related to documentation, policy issuance, and service issues
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of concerns raised by banks
- Provide feedback from the field to improve service delivery and process efficiency
- Maintain daily reports and escalation logs as needed

**What We’re Looking For**
- Excellent communication skills in any one of the required regional languages
- Strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of insurance or banking operations is a plus
- Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and follow up consistently
- 0-2 years of experience (Freshers with strong language and people skills welcome)

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
