**About Us**:
Sense Kaleidoscopes is India's first art college for adults with autism, based in Bangalore. We provide a supportive and inclusive environment where individuals on the autism spectrum can explore their creativity, develop artistic skills, and pursue their passion for the arts.

We are looking for passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as **Art Educators** and **Art Assistants** at Sense Kaleidoscopes Art College. You will play a key role in designing, delivering, and supporting art education programs tailored to the unique needs and abilities of adults with autism, helping them express themselves artistically and develop their talents.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and implement art programs, using various artistic mediums and techniques, to support the individual learning styles of students with autism (for Art Educators).
- Assist in preparing materials and supporting students one-on-one in art activities (for Art Assistants).
- Foster an inclusive learning environment, encouraging social interaction, teamwork, and peer support.
- Adapt teaching strategies and accommodations to meet sensory, communication, and behavioral needs.
- Provide guidance, feedback, and encouragement to students as they explore different art forms.
- Support student progress by assessing artistic skills, creativity, and self-expression.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and caregivers to support the holistic development of students.
- Help maintain an organized and safe art studio environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Fine Arts, Visual Arts, Art Education, or a related field is preferred for Art Educators; a degree is preferred but not required for Art Assistants.
- Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities is highly valued.
- Knowledge of various art mediums and techniques.
- Strong communication, patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with individuals with autism.
- Ability to collaborate and adapt teaching methods to meet diverse needs.
- Flexibility and creativity in designing and assisting art programs.

**Salary**: Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
