**Salary**: ₹55,000 to ₹60,000 per month

Grades: PYP (Primary Years Programme) and MYP (Middle Years Programme)

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver engaging and comprehensive Art and Craft lessons for students in the PYP and MYP grades, in alignment with IGCSE and IB curricula.

Create a stimulating and supportive classroom environment that encourages artistic expression and critical thinking.

Design and implement a variety of instructional strategies to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.

Prepare lesson plans, instructional materials, and art supplies in advance.

Assess and evaluate students' progress through projects, assignments, and exhibitions.

Provide constructive feedback to students and guide them in refining their artistic skills.

Organize and participate in school art exhibitions, competitions, and other events.

Maintain an organized and safe art classroom, ensuring the proper use and storage of materials and equipment.

Stay updated with current trends and developments in art education and integrate relevant techniques and technologies into the curriculum.

Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture that promotes respect, creativity, and collaboration among students.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Fine Arts, Art Education, or a related field.

Teaching certification or diploma in art education, preferably with experience in IGCSE and IB curricula.

Proven experience teaching Art and Craft to primary and middle school students.

Strong understanding of the PYP and MYP frameworks and requirements.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to inspire and motivate students to develop their artistic abilities.

Proficiency in various art techniques and media, including digital art.

Strong organizational and classroom management skills.

Commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with art education best practices.
