1. To Take care of Co-ordination required for upcoming or ongoing Project Execution.

2. Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.

3. Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements & monitoring.

4. Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.

5. Obtaining all necessary required licenses & legal approvals for the project

6. Co-ordinate with Several Government Authorities for all legal work.

7. Co-ordinate with Architect / Contractors / Vendors related to the project.

8. Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables

9. Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.

10. Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution

11. Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed

12. Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
13. To prepare MIS & Complete Project Report.

Should have Bachelor's degree or Equivalent in related field

Should have Computer skills & knowledge of Ms Office / CAD / TALLY etc..

Should have Excellent Communication skills preferably in English

5-8 years of project management, co-ordination and related experience

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.

Knowledge of all the licensing & legal approvals required for completing a project.

Proven ability to solve problems creatively.

Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.

Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle.

Excellent analytical skills.

Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful & must have strong co-ordination with several vendors/commercials.

Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline

Should know to drive two/four wheeler vehicle & have valid driving license.

Should be willing to travel extensively

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
