BE, B Tech., M.Sc. IT, MCA, Project Management Certification

**Salary Level**

3 -4 Lakh p.a.
- Theoretical and practical project management knowledge
- Knowledge of techniques and tools - SRS / wire frame knowledge and implementation skills must.
- Experience as a project coordinator
- Experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management
- Proficiency in project management software tools
- Excellent decision-making and leadership capabilities
- Critical thinking and problem solving
- Conflict resolution experience
- Detail-oriented
- Good communications skills, with customers, team and stakeholders
- Willing to work in a challenging environment
- Timelines conscious and quality oriented.
- Project management certification (PMP / Aglie / Waterfall / Prince2) or equivalent
- Create & manage project plans
- Define project schedules, allocate resources and monitor progress
- Align project objectives with company goals, and make sure project team is clear on objectives
- Deliver and install technology solutions
- Help project team with the design and development tasks
- Lead process of issue identification and resolution
- Manage risk tracking process
- Monitor and manage scope
- Prepare and Manage all documentation (agreement, SRS, wire frame, notes for changes, revised quotes, Client Meeting MOM etc.)
- Work multiple projects simultaneously
- Foster partnership with customers/stakeholders/sponsors
- Knowledge of related software tools
- Experience of Project budgeting is good to have.
