**Position Overview**:
City Tadka is looking for an energetic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving the sales and marketing of our advertising services, establishing strong client relationships, and contributing to the growth of our platform. You will actively engage with potential clients, identify their advertising needs, and offer tailored solutions to meet those needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales and Lead Generation**:

- Identify and target potential clients for City Tadka's advertising services across Surat and surrounding areas.
- Generate leads through cold calls, networking, referrals, and attending industry events.
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of prospects and convert them into long-term clients.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand client needs and objectives to recommend customized advertising solutions.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Presentations and Proposals**:

- Conduct presentations to prospective clients, demonstrating City Tadka’s offerings and how it can benefit their business.
- Prepare and deliver customized proposals, including pricing, packages, and services, in alignment with client goals.
- **Negotiation and Closing Sales**:

- Handle negotiations and close sales effectively while maintaining a professional and customer-centric approach.
- Work with the management team to finalize contracts and agreements.
- **Market Research and Competitor Analysis**:

- Stay updated with the latest trends in digital advertising and local market conditions.
- Monitor competitors’ activities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- **Reporting and Sales Metrics**:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales forecasts.
- Provide regular sales reports and insights to management.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- **Collaboration with Internal Teams**:

- Work closely with the marketing and content teams to align on campaign goals and ensure smooth execution of advertising strategies.
- Assist clients in optimizing their advertising campaigns based on feedback and performance metrics.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in advertising, media, or digital marketing.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent presentation and pitching skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Strong time management skills and ability to manage multiple clients effectively.
