**業務について**:

- **PayPay 経営戦略部の紹介**
- 経営戦略部のミッション
- PayPayグループ全体の成長と収益性向上をドライブすること
- 経営管理データの収集と分析、仮説構築と戦略立案、戦略や施策の実行と進捗管理
- 非連続な成長を実現し、事業戦略実行のエネイブラーとなること
- 上記に必要な経営管理インフラの整備
- 組織の構成・魅力
- メガベンチャーとしてのスピード感やスピリット

**【具体的な仕事の内容】**
- 経営戦略策定・実行のためのDX案件を推進していただきます。
- 経営報告KPIダッシュボードの要件定義およびダッシュボードの構築・最終化
- クラウド型の予算管理システムの運用保守・追加改修推進
- 各種自動化ツール(RPA等)の運用、領域の拡大検討・実装のリード
- 生成AIを活用した経営管理業務の高度化
- その他、今後の事業拡大や経営管理要件の変化に応じた各種PJ企画・推進
- ※PayPayのグループ会社へ出向いただくケースがございます

**必要な経験/スキル**:

- 以下の業務経験を合計10年以上有する方
- Tableau、Sigma等でのダッシュボード構築経験
- SQLのプログラミング、Big QueryやSnowflakeでのデータテーブル・クエリの実装経験
- SIer企業等での経営管理システムに係る要件定義、システム設計・開発から導入・運用・保守までの実務経験
- システム開発・導入プロジェクトの企画・PMO経験
- RPA(UiPath等)や自動化ツールの実装・運用・保守経験

**あると望ましい経験/スキル**:

- 直近、DX案件にて、自社データ基盤構築、データ分析、BIを担っておられた方
- 予算管理・管理会計システムの開発、運用保守を担っておられた方
- システム部門やIT部門でのキャリアから、ユーザ(ビジネス)部門でのキャリア形成を志向されたい方
- 大手・中堅のSIer企業（PMではなく開発者）から、ユーザー企業に転職されたい方
- コンサル会社からユーザー企業側に移りたい方で、手を動かして自ら開発・分析を推進したい方
- 営業等、お客様に向き合った経験
