**SFA/CRM活用の展望**:

- 事業規模が大きくなり、顧客数の増加だけではなく、サービスや社内ユーザ数を増加が急速に進んでおり、個別最適化が進んでいることで開発案件（改修作業）も日に日に増している状況です。 そのため、Salesforceの製品を利用し、営業活動や顧客サポートのプロセス標準化を推進し、Salesforce活用の高度化を図ります。 本ポジションでは下記の役割をもち、それぞれのミッションを達成いただきます。
- PM/PLの役割：社内の様々なプロジェクトのIT側PMとして、プロジェクトを推進します
- 開発者の役割：Salesforce開発をメインに開発の全工程を担当します
- 運用管理者の役割：社内問い合わせ対応や設定管理、セキュリティ対策を担当します

**業務について**:

- Salesforceの各製品やプラットフォーム上で、顧客データを一元管理し、営業支援や顧客サポートに活用するための顧客管理基盤などの開発、構築、運用を担当していただきます。
- Salesforceの各サービスの導入、定着化推進
－Sales Cloud を活用した営業プロセスの最適化や多様なサービス管理、契約管理など
－Service Cloud を活用した顧客サポートの効率化、ナレッジ運用促進、など
－Experience Cloud を活用した顧客とのタッチポイントの充実化、など
－MA を活用したマーケティングプロセスの最適化など
- Salesforceの開発や運用、機能追加
－プラットーフォーム上でカスタムアプリや業務機能の新規開発や保守開発
－社内利用ユーザの問い合わせ対応など
- Salesforceを用いた業務改善の推進
－Salesforceを利用した業務標準化の推進
－Salesforceをより使いこなすためのノウハウ推進
