**Job Summary**:
The Housekeeping Executive is responsible for supervising and ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and upkeep across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas. The role involves team supervision, training, coordination with other departments, and maintaining quality control to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily operations of room attendants and public area staff to ensure assigned areas are cleaned and maintained as per hotel standards.
- Conduct daily inspections of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas; report maintenance issues promptly.
- Maintain housekeeping records including occupancy, maintenance, and inventory reports.
- Coordinate with Front Office and Engineering teams for room status updates and maintenance follow-ups.
- Monitor stock levels of linen, guest supplies, and cleaning materials; ensure proper usage and inventory control.
- Train and motivate the housekeeping team to maintain quality, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and special preferences with professionalism and courtesy.
- Support in planning staff schedules, duty rosters, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times.
- Assist the Housekeeping Manager in implementing new procedures, audits, and departmental initiatives.
- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or equivalent.
- 2-4 years of experience in Housekeeping operations, preferably in a reputed hotel.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and people management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of housekeeping equipment, cleaning chemicals, and linen management.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
