- Job timing: 11AM IST till 8 PM IST
- Inter-CA, MBA Finance preferred
- 2+ Years of experience
- Excellent communication skills

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Activities and support the management to achieve its financial targets and business goals.
- Computation of Incentives of Employees based on their respective KPIs and processing the payroll only for US employees.
- Reconciliation of Accounts payables and take necessary action on any discrepancies found during the reconciliation
- Calculating and maintaining documents for Referral payments
- Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions.
- Reconcile revenue streams
- Filing of Employment forms and make sure necessary taxes are paid alongwith timely communication with the Local authorities
- Any other related task assigned by the reporting authority.
- Inter-CA, MBA Finance preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Finance
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Knowledge of financial terminologies
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills
- Sharp time management skills
- Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data
- Problem solving attitude
- Well versed in English communication
- Ability to adapt new changes.
