**Job Title: Finance Executive (MBA/CA) - Eventus Security**

**Location**: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and manage financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Monitor and manage financial transactions, budgets, and forecasts.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize company resources.
- Analyze financial performance and provide insights to senior management.
- Oversee audits and ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.
- Manage accounting functions, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and taxation.
- Ensure accurate calculation, filing, and payment of **TDS** and **GST** returns.
- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements and assist in finalizing accounts.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Educational Requirements**: Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Finance or Chartered Accountant (CA).
- **TDS & GST Expertise**: In-depth understanding and experience in managing **TDS** and **GST** compliance, including timely filing of returns and calculations.
- **Financial Analysis**: Strong ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and recommend strategies.
- **Budgeting & Forecasting**: Expertise in creating budgets, financial forecasting, and cost analysis.
- **Accounting & Bookkeeping**: In-depth understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and accounting software.
- **Tally Prime**: Proficient in using **Tally Prime** for day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, and financial management.
- **Compliance & Regulations**: Knowledge of tax laws, financial regulations, and statutory requirements.
- **Financial Software Proficiency**: Experience with **Tally Prime**, SAP, or similar, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong focus on accuracy and the ability to manage multiple tasks with precision.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective reporting and stakeholder interaction.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address financial challenges.
- **Teamwork**: Ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- **Time Management**: Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
