**Profile Introduction**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to real estate agents, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Maintain and organize electronic and paper files, ensuring all documents are accurately filed and easily accessible.
- Coordinate and schedule property showings and open houses, communicating with clients and agents to ensure smooth logistics.
- Assist in the preparation of real estate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Conduct research on properties, neighborhoods, and market trends to support real estate agents in their client interactions.
- Assist in marketing activities, including preparing promotional materials, updating listings on websites, and managing social media accounts.
- Handle administrative tasks such as ordering office supplies, maintaining office equipment, and organizing office events.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the real estate manager or team leader.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with real estate terminology and processes.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new tasks and software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations is a plus.
