**Responsibilities**:

- Develop user-centric wireframes, user stories, user journeys, mockups and high-fidelity prototypes optimized for different devices and interfaces.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to facilitate the client’s product vision and ensure design alignment.
- Conduct user research to understand user behaviors, preferences, and needs.
- Incorporate usability testing and user feedback into design iterations.
- Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and design documentation.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices.
- Ensure designs adhere to accessibility, usability, and performance standards.
- Fresher to 1 year of experience or certification in UI/UX design, with a robust portfolio that demonstrates a track record of user-centered design solutions.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, OmniGraffle, Axure, UXPin, Balsamiq, Framer along with expertise in prototyping tools like InVision or Proto.io.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and presentation skills, with a proven ability to articulate design processes, ideas, and solutions clearly and effectively to both internal teams and clients.
- Strong understanding of web and mobile design principles, including responsive design, information architecture, and visual hierarchy.
- Knowledge of front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with design systems and design thinking methodologies.
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and A/B testing.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

**Education**: Bachelor's/Master's (CS/IT) or equivalent.

**Salary**: ₹180,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
