Pole Division

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share in decorative and street lighting poles.
- Identify and engage with architects, urban planners, government agencies, contractors, and infrastructure companies.
- Independently handle pricing, negotiations, and contract finalizations.
- Generate leads and convert them into long-term business partnerships.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain financial discipline in transactions.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor pricing, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams for smooth order execution and deliveries.
- Meet monthly and annual sales targets while maintaining profitability.
- Provide technical consultation to clients and assist in product selection based on project needs.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and business development plans to the management.

**Key Requirements**:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical) or an MBA in Sales & Marketing with technical knowledge.
- Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years in sales of lighting poles, high mast poles, or similar infrastructure products.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of lighting, urban infrastructure, and steel fabrication businesses.
- Skills:

- Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong technical knowledge of poles, lighting solutions, and industry standards.
- Ability to work independently and drive sales growth.
- Strong networking with government departments, municipal bodies, and private developers.
