Pole division

Premier Polmax, a leading manufacturer of Decorative Poles, Light Poles, Sports Masts, high-mast poles, Octagonal Poles, and Street Lighting Poles, is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical and commercial background, with 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share in
decorative and street lighting poles.

• Identify and engage with architects, urban planners, government agencies, contractors, and infrastructure companies.

• Independently handle pricing, negotiations, and contract finalizations.

• Generate leads and convert them into long-term business partnerships.

• Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain financial discipline in transactions.

• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor pricing, and customer requirements.

• Coordinate with production and logistics teams for smooth order execution and deliveries.

• Meet monthly and annual sales targets while maintaining profitability.

• Provide technical consultation to clients and assist in product selection based on project needs.

• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and business development plans to the management.

Key Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical) or an MBA in Sales & Marketing with technical knowledge.

• Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years in sales of lighting poles, high mast poles, or similar infrastructure products.

• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of lighting, urban infrastructure, and steel fabrication businesses.

• Skills:

• Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Strong technical knowledge of poles, lighting solutions, and industry standards.

• Ability to work independently and drive sales growth.

• Strong networking with government departments, municipal bodies, and private developers.
