**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and optimize company website and landing pages, ensuring content is up-to-date, visually appealing, and optimized for search engines.
- Monitor and analyze web traffic, social media engagement, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and provide insights for improvement.
- Create and curate engaging content for blog posts, social media, newsletters, and other digital platforms, adhering to brand guidelines and tone of voice.
- Manage the company's social media profiles, creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring social media trends to enhance brand presence and grow the audience.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product, sales, and customer success, to align digital marketing efforts with overall company objectives.
- Stay informed on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, identifying opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Coordinate and manage digital marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
- Prepare and present reports on digital marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of various digital marketing channels and techniques.
- Proven track record of executing successful digital marketing campaigns and achieving measurable results.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills, with the ability to create engaging content for various platforms.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices, keyword research, and on-page optimization.
- Experience in managing and optimizing PPC campaigns on Google Ads and social media platforms.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and content management systems (e.g., WordPress) is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
