With a focus on innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction, we are expanding our operations and are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented **Dispatch & Packing Coordinator** to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and coordinate daily packing and dispatch schedules as per delivery timelines
- Supervise the packing team to ensure quality, safety, and correct packaging of products
- Ensure accurate labeling, documentation, and tagging for all dispatch items
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and warehouse teams for smooth dispatch flow
- Maintain records of dispatched goods, including quantity, transporter details, and delivery status
- Monitor inventory of packing materials and raise requests for replenishment
- Ensure dispatches meet company and customer quality standards
- Prepare daily dispatch reports and MIS updates for management
- Handle customer complaints related to packaging or delivery issues in coordination with relevant departments
- Follow all health and safety regulations on the packing floor

**Requirements**:

- Graduate or diploma holder (preferably in logistics, supply chain, or operations)
- 2-4 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, or packing coordination (manufacturing background preferred)
- Good knowledge of packing materials and dispatch procedures
- Proficient in MS Excel, ERP systems, and basic documentation
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good verbal and written communication

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
