The Associate General Manager Planning, Technology & Safety will be responsible for all the Establishing ( in coordination with Head, GT ) and monitoring the Ground Transportation Control Center (GTCC), comprehensive electronic surveillance system for the entire landside, road safety & Security of the all the parking areas, contract managements. Shall be in in charge of all the GT planning in terms of the traffic & parking keeping in view the Airport expansion and increased traffic. Shall monitor the Dept. AOP and the KRA’s / KPI’s.

**Accountabilities**
- Shall be responsible for introducing of the latest and innovative technologies like introduction of Electric Vehicles (both GHIAL & Public transport), Real time availability of car parking space, usage of IT systems / automation for scheduling, traffic flows, Video analytics of the CCTV to take proactive initiatives etc., which will help in providing world class Ground transportation at RGIA.
- In coordination with Head, GT responsible for projecting, preparation and finalizing the AOP for the GTD and its effective monitoring.

Responsible for the effective functioning of the Ground Transportation Control Center (GTCC) and take proactive steps to ensure a safe & secure operations. Shall ensure that all the areas of focus, sector roads are adequately covered by CCTV.

Ensure that the KPI / KRA’s of the GT are met and all the TATs as defined are met and shall put up to the Head, GT on the performance and initiate proactive actions. Ensure that all the SLA’s as approved are followed by the stakeholders / Service Providers.

Shall coordinate with stakeholders, Service Providers, Landside tenants & ensure implementation of the GT plan and safety guidelines. In coordination with the Head, GT shall plan & finalize the Dept. SOP’s for all processes including emergencies like accident, road blockage and ensure its monitoring and updates as per requirement.

Shall be in charge of all the GT planning in terms of the traffic & parking In line with the Airport expansion plans and increased traffic. He will be a member of the Airport Expansion Committee meeting and ensure that all the planned requirements of the GT are incorporated in the plans and executed.

In coordination with BD and P & C shall ensure the upgradation of the complete car parking Toll system and ensure implantation of the FASTAG, GOI initiative at RGIA and subsequently ensure its effective functioning.

In coordination with the Head, GT shall establish the ISO standards and ensure that GT Dept. is quickly part of the IMS, GHIAL. Shall be responsible for ensuring the quality audits of the GT process. Shall be in charge of the CIP’s.

Shall be responsible in ensuring all the contracts / material are renewed/ available on time for seamless operations.
