**Internal Auditor-**
- **Responsible to manage audit department and schedule audit works with clear scope**
- **Responsible to allocate duties and activities to team members & monitor their activities on daily basis**
- **Responsible to verify and review all transactions on day-to-day basis - TRI Group with the support of Indian team**
- **Major review of all financial areas which includes Procure to Pay(P2P), Order to Cash (O2C), Assets, Inventory, Payroll, HR & Admin**
- **Responsible to conduct concurrent audit of all accounting transactions on day-to-day basis**
- **Make sure to implement audit program as per company policy and work for improvements**
- **Review monthly financial statements and provide observations by every 15th**
- **Weekly auditing of retentions, guarantee cheque, security cheque etc. to provide report to management**
- **Collect audit observations from team members and provide collective reports to DDP Team and Management.**
- **Draft Monthly Internal audit reports present to management with financials behalf audit dept.**
- **Auditing of project expenses and provide report to management on project wise profitability**
- **Review all tax filings prior to filing and approve for final tax submissions**
- **Review Cash & Bank reconciliation statements on daily basis and report to the management**

- **Salary
- 1,75,435 - 1,97,368**
- **Scrutinizing of all expenses on daily basis & find out suspicious transactions if any and report to management**
- **Obtaining vendor and customer balance confirmation as per of internal audit weekly / quarterly once**
- **Verify Jobs raised and sales order to make sure proper supporting attached.**
- **Verify all sales and purchase invoices on day-to-day basis.**
- **Review Trial Balance and highlight vendor advance payments pending and yet to collect invoices.**
- **Weekly verification of -dirham, credit card, cash card & noqodi transactions and provide audit report to management**
- **Verify staff advances, vehicle fines & air tickets to assure all deductions accounted properly.**
- **Verify bank & cash receipts to assure recorded properly**
- **Monthly review input & output vat to assure tax legers reconciled properly.**
- **Monthly audit report on key observations areas including Gap Analysis and provide recommendations to management**
- **AGE : 35-45**
- **Gender - Male**
- **Qualification - B.Com/M.Com**
- **Experience : 12 Years +**
- **Any special qualification CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) Preferred as expertise - As planning to lad department**
- **Driving license : Not mandatory**

**Salary**: ₹175,438.00 - ₹197,368.00 per month

- Day shift
- Morning shift

- Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
