**What You'll Be Doing**:

- **Engage with Clients**: Conduct calls to introduce and explain our mutual fund and stock broking services.
- **Client Support**: Assist clients with documentation, queries, and provide exceptional service throughout their journey.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify new business opportunities and support the sales team in generating leads.
- **Follow-Ups**: Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Administrative Support**: Assist with day-to-day operations to ensure smooth business transactions.

**Who We're Looking For**:

- **Experience**: At least 1 year of experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer support, ideally in the **Mutual Fund or Stock Broking** industry.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients confidently.
- A polite, friendly, and persuasive tone over the phone.
- Basic understanding of **Mutual Funds** and the **Stock Market** (an advantage).
- **Females only** due to the nature of the role.
