**What You'll Do**:
As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end solutions that meet the business needs of our organization.

**What We're Looking For (Responsibilities / Accountabilities)**:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and support to development teams throughout the software development life cycle and/or acquisition and implementation of COTS technologies.
- Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools to ensure the scalability, performance, and security of the solutions.
- Conduct architectural reviews and identify areas for improvement or optimization.
- Define and enforce integration best practices and coding standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement

**Skills That Make a Difference**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect with an experience of 10-15 years
- Strong background in chemical manufacturing and/or medical device manufacturing and/or regulated industry experience is preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of enterprise architecture principles and frameworks.
- Proficient in designing and implementing solutions using various technologies, such as cloud platforms, databases, APIs, and integration frameworks.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance and security standards in the relevant industries.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to lead and mentor junior team members.

**Preferred skills**
- Certification in enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) is a plus.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with industry-specific software and systems used in chemical manufacturing and/or medical device manufacturing.
- Familiarity with IoT, OT architecture and technology.
- Experience working within industry leading platforms and technology providers (Azure, AWS, etc.)
