**Job description**

Designation - Customer Service Executive

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide outstanding customer service by responding to customer inquiries via various communication channels (phone, chat) promptly and professionally.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and effective manner, aiming to achieve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Ensure accurate and timely entry of customer information and interactions into the customer service database.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and technical support, to resolve customer issues and provide comprehensive solutions.
- Interact with Stations Heads/Department Heads to resolve customer Complains.
- Identify and escalate complex or unresolved customer issues to the appropriate team members or supervisors for further assistance.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products, services, policies, and procedures to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
- Act as a brand ambassador by promoting a positive image of the company and its products/services during customer interactions.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
