Position Overview:
As a Food and Beverage (F&B) Service Staff at Summer Sand Resort, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Your responsibilities will revolve around providing efficient and friendly service while maintaining a high standard of professionalism. This position requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Guest Interaction**:

- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Assist guests in making menu selections and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
- Take orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff promptly.
- **Table Service**:

- Set up tables with appropriate utensils, napkins, and glassware before guests arrive.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure tables are cleared and cleaned promptly after guests finish their meals.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Acquire in-depth knowledge of the menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and special dietary considerations.
- Stay informed about daily specials, promotions, and any changes to the menu.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth coordination of orders and efficient service delivery.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues to maintain a harmonious working environment.
- **Upselling and Promotion**:

- Recommend additional items or upsell specials to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue.
- Promote resort events, special offers, and loyalty programs to guests.
- **Adherence to Policies**:

- Adhere to all hygiene and safety standards to maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
- Follow established procedures for handling cash transactions and POS systems.
- **Customer Satisfaction**:

- Monitor and respond to guest feedback, addressing concerns and ensuring a positive experience.
- Strive to exceed guest expectations through attentive and personalized service.
- **Shift Flexibility**:

- Be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet the demands of the resort's operation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
