Location: Majiwada, Thane

**Job Description**:
We are hiring dynamic and customer-focused individuals for the Worldline HNI Process (Inbound). If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service, this is the perfect opportunity for you

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls from high-net-worth individuals (HNI) with professionalism and efficiency.

Provide exceptional customer support by addressing queries, resolving issues, and offering relevant solutions.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.

Adhere to quality standards and service level agreements (SLAs).

'¢ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt issue resolution.

**Required Skills**:
Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.

Active listening and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to handle high-pressure situations professionally.

Basic computer knowledge

Eligibility Criteria:
Education: Minimum HSC (12th pass) or Graduate in any discipline.

Experience: Freshers can apply; prior customer service experience is a plus.

Shift Timing: 7 AM '“ 11 PM (any 9-hour shift).
