Job Description: Hindi Tutor for Competitive Exam (SSC JHT)

Position Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
Develop comprehensive lesson plans and learning materials focused on Hindi language skills required for the SSC JHT exam.
Conduct one-on-one or group tutoring sessions, either in person or online, to guide students in improving their Hindi language proficiency.
Assess the strengths and weaknesses of individual students and design personalized study plans to address their specific needs.
Teach and reinforce grammar rules, vocabulary, reading comprehension strategies, and effective writing techniques relevant to the SSC JHT exam.
Provide clear explanations and examples to help students understand complex concepts and rules in Hindi language usage.
Administer practice tests and mock exams to evaluate students' progress and identify areas requiring further improvement.
Offer constructive feedback, advice, and strategies to help students overcome challenges and maximize their performance in the exam.
Stay up to date with the latest changes in the SSC JHT exam pattern, syllabus, and marking scheme, and incorporate them into the teaching materials and methods.
Track and record students' attendance, progress, and performance, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
Communicate regularly with students and their parents/guardians to discuss progress, address concerns, and provide guidance on study habits and exam preparation strategies.
Collaborate with other tutors and educators to share best practices, resources, and innovative teaching approaches.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
Proven experience as an English tutor, preferably with a focus on competitive exam preparation, such as SSC JHT or similar exams.
In-depth knowledge of English grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, and writing skills.
Familiarity with the SSC JHT exam pattern, syllabus, and requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with students and create an engaging learning environment.
Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and address individual student needs.
Strong organizational and time management skills to develop lesson plans, monitor progress, and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in using digital tools and online platforms for conducting virtual tutoring sessions, if required.
Patience, empathy, and a passion for teaching, with a genuine desire to help students succeed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
