Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Contact potential customers via phone to introduce AguaClan water purifiers and generate interest.
- Clearly explain product features, pricing, and benefits to prospects.
- Schedule appointments and follow-up meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Handle inquiries regarding product availability, specifications, and basic troubleshooting.
- Follow up on previous calls and nurture leads for conversion.
- Achieve daily and weekly call and lead generation targets.
- Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams regarding customer responses and market trends.

Qualifications & Skills:

- 0-2 years of experience in tele calling, sales, or a customer-facing role.
- Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
- Confident, self-motivated, and goal-oriented attitude.
- Proficiency in and English, Hindi.
- Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM tools is desirable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
