**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to leads and existing customers regarding jewelry insurance plans, renewals, documentation, or claims.
- Handle inbound queries and provide information related to policy details, benefits, and procedures.
- Educate customers on available insurance options and assist them in selecting suitable coverage.
- Coordinate with internal teams for policy issuance, renewals, documentation, or claim follow-ups.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Ensure timely follow-ups, adherence to call quality standards, and achievement of monthly targets (if applicable).
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling sensitive client and jewelry information.

**Key Requirements**:

- **1 to 4 years** of experience in telecalling, customer service, operations, or teller role — preferably in insurance, BFSI, or a high-value product industry like jewelry.
- Graduate in any discipline. Insurance-related certifications (IRDAI, etc.) are a plus.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and preferably Marathi.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM/dialer systems.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive and high-value client interactions professionally.

**Preferred Attributes**:

- Experience handling high-net-worth customers or luxury product clientele.
- Knowledge of jewelry valuation and insurance procedures is an added advantage.
- Target-oriented mindset with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
