**Job Brief**

We are searching for a driven and detail
- oriented **Tele caller** to join our team. As a Telle caller who makes phone call to customer, clients or, potential customers or clients on behalf of a company. The purpose of the calls can be to gather information, promote a product or services, or make a sale. The may also known as phone agents or customer service representatives. Tele caller typically use a script or set of guidelines to guide their conversation with customers, and they may use a computer or other technology to track their calls and record information.

Answer customer calls and provides timely and accurate information about our products and services

Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner

Take orders and process payments over the phone

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products and services

**Roles & Responsibility**:
Handling Inbound & Outbound Calls

Providing information & Assistance

Resolving customer complaints and concern

Maintaining Accurate records

Meeting performance goal

**Skill Requirement**:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and professionalism

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Comfort with using computers and inputting data quickly and accurately
