**Job Title: Education Advisor**

**Location**: Hyderabad

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Initiate and maintain positive relationships with parents to understand their children's educational needs and concerns.
- Conduct assessments to identify problem areas in children's reading and writing skills and recommend appropriate literature from our collection.
- Provide expert guidance on preschool education and the importance of early literacy development, helping parents recognize how our books can support their child's growth.
- Conduct informational sessions, workshops, and one-on-one consultations to demonstrate the value of our resources.
- Collaborate with teams internally and stay current on early literacy trends to tailor suggestions for parents effectively.
- Gather and relay customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Child Development, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with parents and understand their concerns.
- Experience in early childhood education or a relevant advisory role is preferred.
- Empathy, patience, and a passion for promoting literacy and learning in young children.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate parent schedules.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
