Roles & Responsibilities Tutor Recruitment:

- Evaluate qualifications, experience, and alignment with the organization’s requirements. -Schedule and coordinate interviews.

Tutor Onboarding: -Facilitate platform induction for new tutors.
- Provide necessary training and resources for a smooth onboarding process. -Ensure all documentation and compliance requirements are met.

Tutor Coordination: -Manage tutor availability and session scheduling. -Act as a liaison between tutors and session coordinators to address operational requirements.

Tutor Feedback & Review: -Regularly collect feedback from students and parents regarding tutors.
- Provide constructive feedback to tutors for continuous improvement. -Conduct periodic performance reviews.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Trivandrum, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- education tutor: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
