**Requirements**:

- Create high-quality animations and videos for our marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the Creative Lead to visually convey our messaging in a compelling way.
- Develop visual concepts and storyboards for animations and videos.
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and trends in motion design to enhance the quality of our marketing assets.
- Efficiently iterate on designs and animations based on feedback from market analytics.
- Select colours, images, text style, and layout. Must know typography, knowledge on UI/UX.
- Create compelling logos, brand identity, and cohesive brand guidelines that align with our client’s vision.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Film, or a related field.
- 1+ years of proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse skills.
- Proven experience as a video editor with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro X, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Familiarity with motion graphics software (e.g., Adobe After Effects) and sound editing tools (e.g., Adobe Audition) is a plus.
- Strong storytelling abilities, with a bonus for those with copywriting skills.
- Keen attention to detail and a passion for producing high-quality content.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in graphic design and motion graphics.
- Experience working with 3D modeling, rendering, and animations in Blender.
- A strong portfolio showcasing graphic design and motion work (2D & 3D).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
