A Network Automation Architect who will combine deep network domain knowledge of current operational challenges and NetBrain's unique automation platform, and partner with network engineers and architects worldwide in implementing innovative network automation solutions. This will be the dream job for you if you are a CCIE Professional who is passionate about automating network operations and network troubleshooting. Instead of using scripting language such as Python, Perl, Ansible, Puppet, etc. to automate pre-defined problems at smaller scale, you can use NetBrain to automate thousands of network problems and achieve true end to end network automation. With this role, you will provide automation solutions for the largest Enterprises and Service Providers in the world, helping them automate high frequency, high cost tickets resolution.

**What You'll Do**:

- Help world's largest enterprises to transform their network operation through NetBrain's no-code automation platform
- Work with R&D team to provide requirements to enhance NetBrain's automation platform
- Proactively build up automation repositories to share with entire customer base
- Be an active contributor to NetBrain user community
- Provide thought leadership in how Network Operations can be automated and transformed for global Enterprises and MSPs
- Analyze customer's deployed network technologies, existing playbooks and design documents to create automation solutions
- Architect and implement automation solutions for customer's problem resolution
- Your success will be tied to the amount of automation assets created and customer success achieved with the customer
- Other responsibilities as assigned

**Who You Are**:

- CCIE, or JNCIE, or equivalent network certifications
- 5+ years of experience in one or more of the key areas, with a demonstrated history delivering positive results within: Network Operations (NOCs), Network Security, Network Planning, Design and Implementation, Continued Network Optimization, Network Automation, Network Architect
- strong research and learning capability
- Fluent in English with strong communication and presentation skills
- In-depth knowledge with network protocol packet frame structure and multi-vendor technologies
- Ability to work from home with high speed internet connection
