**Job Descritpion of MDM Reltio**:
6 to 8 Years Relevant Experience
- Responsible for delivering medium to large-scale, complex Master Data Management (MDM) solutions for large enterprise clients, ensuring seamless integration and high-quality data governance across multiple domains.
- Over 10 years of experience in providing end-to-end MDM solutions using vendor technologies such as Informatica and Reltio, alongside other product suites including SQL Servers, Oracle, and ETL tools.
- Provide technical expertise to product teams, ensuring MDM solutions are developed and designed according to industry standards and best practices.
- Define, architect, develop, or support MDM solutions using tools like Informatica/Reltio MDM, aimed at achieving defined business outcomes.
- Strong knowledge of multi-domain MDM, including data modeling, hierarchy management, data flows, and integration strategies.
- Provide consulting on data modeling, hierarchy management, and integration strategies to enhance data accuracy and consistency across systems.
- Work closely with customers on modernization initiatives and develop migration strategies for cloud adoption.
- Hands-on experience with business processes across multiple master data domains, ensuring seamless alignment with enterprise needs.
- Customer engagement with a focus on strong communication, presentation, and articulation skills.
- Offer consultation and guidance to teams across multiple geographies, driving improvements in overall MDM delivery and best practices.
- Proven experience in Agile delivery methodologies, working efficiently in iterative sprints and with cross-functional teams.
