We are looking for a reliable and organized Back Office Executive to support our operations team in ensuring smooth and efficient office procedures. The role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Administrative Support**:
- Provide administrative assistance to the team, including preparing reports, maintaining records, and handling office communications.
- Organize and maintain files and documentation (both physical and digital).
- Assist with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and arranging travel for team members.
- **Management**:
- Accurately input data into various systems, ensuring data integrity and proper storage.
- Prepare and update internal databases with accurate information.
- Monitor and track business data, ensuring timely reporting.
- **Customer and Vendor Coordination**:
- Handle day-to-day inquiries from customers, vendors, or internal teams, responding promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for office supplies, equipment, and service contracts.
- Follow up on outstanding customer queries or orders and ensure smooth communication between departments.
- **Document Preparation and Reporting**:
- Maintain accurate records of meetings, orders, inventory, and financial documents.
- **Office Management**:
- Help with the coordination of office logistics and supplies.
- Organize and support team events, meetings, and conferences.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures for office operations.
- **Communication & Collaboration**:
- Communicate effectively with team members across different departments.
- Support the smooth functioning of back-office operations to ensure that day-to-day tasks are completed without issues.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- **Educational Qualification**: Bachelor’s degree in any field preferably Business Administration, IT, or related disciplines.
- **Experience**: 1 year of experience in a back-office or administrative support role, preferably in an IT or tech-related company.
- **Technical Skills**:
- Basic knowledge of IT-related terminologies and concepts.
- **Communication**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain a high level of accuracy in all work tasks.
- **Attention to Detail**: A keen eye for detail and ensuring tasks are completed accurately and within deadlines.
- **Problem-solving**: Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Basic understanding of software development processes or IT services.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
