**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and cost estimates for projects.
- Manage the tendering process, including preparation, submission, and evaluation of tenders.
- Conduct detailed quantity take-offs using **AutoCAD** and other software.
- Analyze project costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Track project progress and prepare financial reports.
- Negotiate with contractors and suppliers to ensure the best prices and quality.
- Prepare cost forecasts and budgets, and monitor project expenditure.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, contractual obligations, and company policies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- **10-15 years** of proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction or real estate projects.
- Expertise in **AutoCAD**, **Excel**, and industry-standard software for quantity estimation and tendering.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
