**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Administrative Support**:
- Handle day-to-day office operations, including managing schedules, appointments, and meetings.
- Maintain office records and ensure proper documentation.
- **Client Interaction**:
- Provide information about the company’s services and products.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming environment for visitors.
- **Coordination and Communication**:
- Act as a point of contact between departments.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for office requirements.
- Facilitate internal communication to ensure smooth operations.
- **Data Management**:
- Manage and update databases and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Handle inventory management and office supplies.
- **Compliance and Reporting**:
- Assist in ensuring compliance with office policies and procedures.
- Generate regular reports for management review.
**Qualifications and Skills Required**:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred).
- Proven experience in a similar role is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Polite, professional demeanor and a customer-oriented approach.
Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
