Work Experience, Qualification & Skills:
- min **6 m-1 Yr** in Front Office / Receptionist OR **FRESHER**:
- MS Excel & Office, Pleasant Personality & Voice with Confidence.
- Able to **speak fluent English**.
- Bachelors Degree
Job Profile:
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office & Direct them appropriate person and office.
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures).
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook).
- Attending Incoming & Outgoing calls with proper etiquette and maintaining records for them and direct calls to the concerned person / extension.
