**Job Title: Commis Chef (Indian, Chinese, Continental, South Indian)**

Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
**Food** **Preparation**: Prepare ingredients and assist in the cooking process according to recipes and standards for Indian, Chinese, Continental, and South Indian cuisines.

**Cooking** **Techniques**: Utilize proper cooking techniques and equipment to ensure the quality, taste, and presentation of dishes are consistent and meet customer expectations.

**Menu** **Development**: Collaborate with the CDP Chef in developing new dishes and menu items while ensuring authenticity, flavour balance, and creativity within the designated cuisine.

**Quality** **Control**: Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, and sanitation in compliance with health regulations. Conduct regular quality checks to ensure freshness and consistency of ingredients.

**Stock** **Management**: Assist in inventory management, including stock rotation, ordering, and storage of ingredients and supplies necessary for the assigned cuisine.

**Team** **Collaboration**: Work closely with other members of the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and timely service. Communicate effectively with colleagues and superiors to coordinate tasks and maintain a positive working environment.

**Adaptability**: Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to learn new techniques and recipes to expand culinary skills across different cuisines.

**Customer** **Satisfaction**: Strive to exceed customer expectations by consistently delivering high-quality, flavourful dishes that showcase the unique characteristics of each cuisine.

**Requirements**:
**Culinary** **Education**: Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts or related field preferred. Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.

**Cuisine** **Specialization**: Proven expertise in Indian, Chinese, Continental or South Indian cuisines with a strong understanding of traditional ingredients, flavours, and cooking method.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:
