**About the Role**:
We are seeking energetic and goal-driven **Sales Executives** to join our international B2B sales team. This is a night shift role focused on generating leads, making outbound calls, and closing deals with business clients in global markets. Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to international B2B clients to promote company products/services.
- Identify and qualify potential leads through research and cold calling.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client information.
- Coordinate with internal teams for proposal preparation and deal closure.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and referrals.

**Requirements**:

- 0 to 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or telecalling (B2B preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
- Comfortable working in night shifts aligned with international time zones.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Basic understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and a target-driven mindset.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any relevant field.
- Prior experience with international calling or B2B sales is an advantage.

Pay: ₹9,629.91 - ₹25,139.29 per month
