Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive

Overview:
As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns to promote our products or services. You will play a crucial role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers through various digital channels.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to achieve company objectives such as brand awareness, lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

3. Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to ensure maximum ROI.

4. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) of digital marketing campaigns, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and customer acquisition cost (CAC), and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

5. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities for digital marketing initiatives.

7. Manage the company's social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.

8. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and leverage emerging technologies and tools to optimize campaign performance.

9. Work cross-functionally with other teams, such as sales, product development, and customer support, to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

10. Prepare regular reports and presentations on digital marketing performance, including insights, recommendations, and future strategies, for stakeholders and senior management.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role, with a track record of successful digital marketing campaigns.

5. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decision-making and optimize campaign performance.

6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for digital channels.

7. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a results-oriented mindset and attention to detail.

8. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

9. Team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

10. Certification in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads certification, HubSpot Inbound Marketing certification) is a plus.


**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
