About the job:
Role requirement-:

- Able to translate Japanese banking documents received from brokers/banks/clients and then take appropriate actions in the payments system.
- Fluent in Japanese reading/writing and drive discussions with Japanese stakeholders.
- Overall experience of 6-9 years in Operations/Language Translation
- Has exposure on Payments and Security Transfer operations - Deposits, withdrawals, Reconciliation of accounts

Responsibility
- To communicate with Japanese colleagues and translate documents and input all the required tasks in system accurately as maker, within agreed SLA
- To ensure to follow on all the agreed procedures and process flow
- To improve efficiency by continuously minimizing overall errors
- To communicate professionally to clients and other stakeholders
- To act as active team member, willing to go the extra mile when required
- To work according to compliance rules, regulations and understanding of risk management
- To collaborate professionally and constructively with Processing teams etc.
- To complete all tasks assigned within SLAs (internal & External)
- To gain technical knowledge of all the sub processes
- To follow the control framework including checklists, WINs, control standards
